Roman has been practicing law for more than 14 years. For more than 8 years he has been an attorney-at-law.

Roman has successfully legally supported major projects on the development of oil and gas subsoil within the framework of production-sharing agreements between the state and the world’s oil and gas companies.

Roman provides airlines, global pharmaceutical companies as well as Ukrainian enterprises and the Council of Europe Office in Ukraine with various legal services.

Roman has been engaged in many criminal proceedings regarding protection of suspects, in particular, during searches, selection of preventive measures. He has experience handling cases of administrative offenses, cases related to corruption and violation of traffic rules.

A significant part of professional experience is formed by participation in court proceedings in defense of companies’ interests against illegal collection of funds, protection against appeals of special permits for use of mineral resources filed by the prosecutor’s offices, appeals against decisions of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, and also legal support of clients in public procurement.

A handbook for foreign clients”, evaluating the corporate practice law, led by Roman Storonskiy, drew attention to the projects ” counseling of Qatar Airways on the access to the Ukrainian market and Alitalia Airline on business versions option for work in Ukraine”. Other investors were consulted on the opening of subsidiaries or representative offices in Ukraine, as well as on other issues of corporate relations. ” The team was involved with the Council of Europe representation in Ukraine to analyze the corporate structure and draft internal documents for the National Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine.
